Q: How secure
are the data?
A: Very secure. We use encryption
and a secured server for data collection.
Q: Why don't I
just do this myself won't I save money?
A: Not necessarily! There are
important reasons why this service is cost effective to many
businesses. First, it may take several days, if not weeks,
to perform these tasks by yourself. Our service is expedient
and efficient, reducing long-term expenses. Second, our Survey
Consultants all have advanced degrees in measurement related
fields and are passionate about data mining and the nuances
of measurement. We will be more likely to capture the true
measurement target and eliminate factors that can damage the
accuracy and validity of your data. This alone could save
your company thousands of dollars, and save you from making
detrimental business decisions based on inaccurate data.
Q: Can I edit
the graphs and words in the report and make it look like my
own?
A: Absolutely! That's why we
send you the report in Word and PDF formats. Many of our client's
like to modify the report to emphasize one or two key points
or expand on sections that are relevant to their company's
current initiatives. We take this into consideration for you
by providing modifiable formats.
Q: I have complex
analyses that I need completed. Can I have those complex analyses
conducted for the base rate?
A: In most cases, yes. We will
discuss this before creating the survey items. Basically,
our statistician can conduct any analysis that are needed.
Q: I'm under an
intense deadline. Is it possible to create the survey and
have it fielded the same day?
A: Certainly! Depending on how
quickly the survey is completed we can usually reduce the
turnaround time to 24 hours (rush rates apply).
